So everyone has seen the cute little plastic bins, sorters and dividers. But what if you want a little style? What if you want something a little outside the norm? Well, how about using a little imagination for storage? Here are some suggestions to get your creative juices flowing:

1. Sap bucket: umbrellas or walking sticks

2. Galvanized Steel tub: it’s a cooler when filled with ice and beverages, use it to organize your lawn tools, hold muddy shoes, recyclables or make it a sand box

3. Baskets (lined or unlined): organize your newspapers, magazines, remote controls, crafts like knitting, children’s toys, dirty laundry, clean laundry, clothing, books, games or use it as a wastebasket…the possibilities are endless!

4. Wine rack: organize your pillar candles, towels or washcloths, vinegars in the kitchen, newspapers, mail, maps

5. Office supply caddy: organize your makeup, makeup brushes, office supplies (of course), art brushes, crayons, paints, knitting or crochet needles or hair brushes

6. Outdoor storage bench: children’s toys

Now, what can YOU come up with?
