Ever been motivated and got busy on a positive change you wanted to make in your life? Did your energy fizzle out and you weren’t quite sure why? Maybe motivation didn’t make it past the shot gun start and into forming new habits. There are lots of theories on how long it takes to make a new habit from one hour to 21 days. Whatever path you choose, making new habits or replacing negative ones will help you make positive change permanent in your life.
